Formed in 2019, ATOMIC LOBSTER operates between Stuttgart and Berlin – musically navigating the space between urgency and atmosphere. With around 60 shows across Germany and abroad – including appearances at SXSW Festival in Austin (USA), AboutPOP Festival, and the Littmann Sessions at the Stuttgart Opera – the band has earned a reputation as a powerful and captivating live act.
ATOMIC LOBSTER’s sound is best described as Alternative Rock with a weighty feel of the 1990s but combined with today's clarity – raw, direct, vulnerable. Between grunge-driven intensity and introspective openness, Atomic Lobster explores the contradictions of contemporary life. Anger and tenderness, friction and withdrawal coexist – without cynicism, but also without sugarcoating.
Their debut album CLAWS, released in spring 2024 at the AboutPOP Festival, marked a bold first statement. The upcoming single „Alpha Cult" (expected autumn 2025) pushes that vision even further – thematically sharper, sonically bolder, and focused on power, identity and performative authority.

Berlin-based ATOMIC FRUIT combines dreamy, psychedelic rock with electronic beats and immersive soundscapes. With members from Sweden, France and Italy, the group formed in 2021 after a serendipitous meeting at a SUUNS concert and their energetic live shows quickly became a frequent spectacle of the Berlin underground scene.
Their 2023 debut vinyl Play Dough introduced their eclectic mix of synths, guitars, trumpet and samples to an international audience as songs from the album landed on editorial playlists in Spotify, Apple Music and Tidal and saw airplay on Berlin radio stations.
In 2025, they released their sophomore album Sketches of the Moon, showcasing a more organic, introspective side of the band. Drawing inspiration from desert blues, noise and the soundtracks of David Lynch, the album blends pitch-shifted vocals, reverberant baritone guitars and further experiments with samples and electro acoustic effects. Lyrically Sketches of the Moon is honest and haunting, as in songs like Once and Tongue Tied, which evoke a certain uneasiness. The album is a musical coming-of-age that captures the complexity and simplicity of life, one song at a time, where each moment seems eternal as we experience it, while the past feels like a surreal, fading dream. From the laid-back desert blues of Sure to the nostalgic tape sounds of the title track and the crunchy modern-lovers aesthetic of Get Along, each track brings together different memories and genres.
