TOMMY AND THE TELEBOYS sind eine Band, die Stile zusammen bringt, Vorbildern nacheifert und doch einen eigenen Sound hat und anders klingt. Hier wird Garagenrock mit Psychedelia gefüttert, Postpunk, Krautrock oder Electronica ausprobiert.

Eine aufpeitschende Rhythmusgruppe und fiebrig-flirrende Gitarren verhindern jede Stagnation. Tanzbar, groovy, wild und voller Melodien. Dann wieder relaxt und schwebend. Sie singen “Gib mir”, aber sie geben selber. Alles. Immer. Die Stilvielfalt ist ein Freifahrtschein, den Sound in alle möglichen Richtungen fliegen zu lassen. Entgegen starrer Genre-Grenzen ist alles erlaubt und eine wilde Mischung kommt zusammen und wird zu einem homogenen Album.

Here, garage rock is fed with psychedelia, post-punk, krautrock or electronica is tried out. A whipping up rhythm section and feverish, shimmering guitars prevent any stagnation. Danceable, groovy, wild and full of melodies. Then relaxed and floating again. They sing "Gib mir", but they give themselves. Everything. Always. The variety of styles is a free pass to let the sound fly in all possible directions. Contrary to rigid genre boundaries, everything is allowed and a wild mixture comes together and becomes a homogeneous album.
