When Edgar the goldfish dies, a whole new world of emotions and adventures opens up for Eva and Valentin, later joined by Lucas. There's no way for them to keep it all in — in 2017, they create edgar déception as a way to channel their feelings into music. Sometimes fast and chaotic, other times calm and ambient, edgar déception’s songs rise and fall, capturing the feelings of everyday life through sweet riffs and intense buildups.

HALFSILKS are a Berlin based trio consisting of bassist/vocalist Karen Thompson from Winnipeg, drummer/vocalist Jana Sotzko from Berlin and keys/sax/ vocalist Linnea Mårtensson from Mjöbäck.
They manage to sit within the realm of post-punk whilst swirling around it 60s vibes, harmonies that reminisce on both sunshine pop and the avant-garde.
