For a second time, after his debut in Loophole in May 2022, VAN ELST comes with new material. His dreamy atmospheres and ethereal sound will sooth you through melodies and layers of sound. Van Elst, drummer of the disbanded band ,Desert Mountain Tribe, made a huge impact on the world psych scene with 2 amazing LP releases and a world tour supporting Peter Murphy ( Bauhaus ) in 2023.

Music from the past dreaming toward the future, ADRIAN BANGs work is built from seventeen space oddities that seemed to compose themselves. These pieces emerged during altered states where I became less a creator and more an enabler, letting the music flow without imposing fences or filters.

In that openness, the sound found its own architecture: exaggerated spaces between beats, voices that soar and hover like distant satellites, and concepts that are abstract yet disarmingly simple. Nothing was forced into shape. Things were allowed to leak, warp, bend, and return transformed.

What I discovered is that the music lives between the melody lines. It hides in the silences, reveals itself in introspection, and thrives in the moments where it is allowed to be strange. This project is the result: a collection of pieces that feel both alien and intimate, drifting freely between dimensions yet anchored in something deeply human.
