Is a Rock Band with Alternative, Grunge, Psych- and Art Rock influences. The gloomy sound of the fuzzy Electronic guitar and striking voice of the singer Veve is a combination that doesn’t reject but electrifies.

Schnallo is the musical outpouring of German-American multi-instrumentalist, producer and vocalist Kimi Recor. Born out of a two-week album residency in the Italian mountains in which sonic tools were intentionally limited, Recor drew from a rich musical history of pre-social media early 00’s party culture and an unsupervised, untelevised recollection of joyful naivety. The music brings to mind a hazy, glowing recollection of gleefully leaping into crowds from shaky bar tables and screaming along to electroclash classics, or walking home, sweaty and invincible at 5 am on sidewalks slick and shining under street lamps. Best known for her Draemings project, in addition to being a part of notable indie bands Black Flamingo and Kevin and collaborations like Bavaria (alongside techno luminary John Tejada), Kimi Recor is a bold explorer of frequencies from her trademark Enya-like crooning to running gongs through heavily distorted contact microphones. 

Within Recor is the fierce paradox of White Fluffy: singing in german and english, sweet and harsh, full of mature longing and childlike wonder. 

Schnallo is Recor’s first endeavor into the 'Neue Denglish Welle’, (or ‘German-English New Wave’), and is equally influenced by bands like Miss Kittin and the Hacker, and Adult., Peaches DAF and Oppenheimer Analysis. Weaving sophistication from simplicity, the lyrical and sonic elements remain stark enough to appear hand-crafted, somehow special and intimate, yet subtle and nuanced enough to layer meaning into and onto. Of the record, Recor says ‘My music never sets out to be political but listening to White Fluffy now, it’s interesting to me that it’s a commentary on what’s happening right now in the world- we’re seeing old systems dismantling and a desire to return to a different way of living, and I guess I desire that too.’

Schnallo is presently touring as a duo, with Recor playing alongside fierce stage presence/sonic force Justin Deaktivere (Boytronic, Night Nail, Cierń). White Fluffy will be released everywhere August 8th, 2024, on Magisch Records.

Harman Holiday is a Berlin based American Artist. Familiar to fans of Suicide, Portisehead, soundtracks of Quentin Tarantino and David Lynch's films; the music has an immediate occult quality with a hauntingly sensual mood set in a dreamy soundscape. Miss Holiday has been collaborating and performing for over a decade in a myriad of various projects internationally with artists such as La Femme, Dev Hynes, Yves Tumor, Ariel Pink, Die Anstatlt, Kimi Recor, Jesper Munk, and more. Both on and off stage the music evokes powerful imagery of a soft lit sensual timelessness. Harman has yet to release anything publicly but has plans to do so by the end of the Summer, 2025.
