Since their formation in 2017, BABA IAGA has been in a strange symbiosis with their hometown, Stockholm. Both influencing and being influenced by its cold, harsch yet dedicated underground sphere, theirmusic is a cry of desperation, strife and victory. With rhythms that make dancing hard to resist, their music moves between noisy post-rock and kraut-punk. If you ask them however, they would simply tell you; "We play rock 'n' roll".Since their formation, they've been an integral part of Stockholms underground-scene, organizing underground raves, events and festivals. Often appearing onstage around midnight, in the dark forests and back-alleys of Stockholm, they built a reputation of delivering eclectic, groovy and sonically massive performances.  In 2022 they decided to step out of the shadows, and organized a tour ending in Copenhagen. The success spawned a desire to spread their chaotic gospel to the world once again. Hence, they will be going on tour in September, in support of their upcoming debut album.
